El circo es un espacio privilegiado para el arte porque pareciera anclado entre la fantasia y la ensonacion. Es la arena donde los suenos mas profundos se convierten en realidad: los hombres pueden volar, cruzar el fuego, aparecer y desaparecer. Quiza por estas razones y por su belleza es que ha sido un motivo de fascinacion para los escritores y pintores que participan en esta edicion. ENGLISH: The circus is one of arts privileged spaces because it seems to be anchored in fantasy and dreams. It is the arena where our most hidden desires come true: people can fly, walk through fire, disappear into thin air. Perhaps it is because of these reasons and because of its beauty that the circus has been an object of fascination for Mexican writers and painters.
