Decanting a wine using the Developer® is bringing it gently and effectively to its optimum condition for decantation. It optimizes its bouquet and taste. The extended contact of the wine with the Developer® considerably reduces the sulphur dioxide content found in some bottles, significantly improving the bouquet and the taste. It allows for ideal oxygenation as a result of the 6 pouring grooves into which the wine flows. It can be purchased separately or with one of L"Atelier du Vin"s decanter. It ensures ideal oxygenation along the length of the walls of the "Open Cristal Developer® decanter or with the Classic Developer® decanter.
