Kiln wash is used to prevent glass from sticking to fusible molds, shelves and the kiln itself! * Simply mix 4 parts kiln wash with 1 part water and mix completely. * Apply using a soft bristle brush for best results. Naturally colored for predictable results! * Apply 3-4 coats to new, previously untreated molds or 1-2 coats of previously treated molds and allow adquate drying time in between each coat. For best results, apply kiln wash to molds in different directions for each coat. * Fire the mold using an abbreviated firing schedule as indicated in the included directions.
