Great maintenance product for any aquarium.Clear all air out of washer to create a siphon and then push into gravel and when gravel is sucked up the large tube approx 5" pinch the small tube to stop the water flow. The gravel will then fall back into the aquarium, release the small tube to allow the suspended dirty water to go to waste out of the aquarium
