After suffering from years of boredom; Arthur Shepherd, Christopher Enriquez, Justin Scurti, David Castillo, and Eric Odness all were afflicted with the rare neurological disease: TLDS (Temporal Lobe Degenerative Syndrome). Brought together in 2010 by renown aural physician Alex Newport (formally of Fudge Tunnel), Primitive Weapons was created as a revolutionary new therapy to treat their modern condition. After successfully undergoing one round of treatment under Dr. Newport s analog care, Primitive Weapons showed significant progress including: one seven inch on Shinebox Recordings and countless live performances. Looking to achieve another breakthrough, Primitive Weapons entrusted their care to sound therapist Dr. Dean Baltulonis at the Wild Arctic studios on August of 2011. The results were stunning and the transformation caught the ear of Prosthetic Records, a think tank known for their advancement of memes and consumer products. On March 27th, Prosthetic records will release The Shadow Gallery to the general public in hopes that it too will help people with their modern condition.
