zBoost SOHO DataBlast 4G Data Booster Upgrade Kit for AT&T and AWS Networks, YX550-ALTE-AWS Upgrade
Price 206.99 - 228.00 USD
Give Your Existing Indoor Cell Signal Amplifier a zBoost The zBoost DataBlast upgrade for AT&T (LTE) and T-Mobile (AWS) networks is designed to provide increased speed and 4G data capabilities to owners of existing 2G/3G cell phone signal boosters. The resulting improved signal strength prevents dropped or missed calls, slow data on mobile phones and tablets, and establishes a state-of-the-art, reliable cell phone signal that is necessary for modern mobile technology based lifestyles. Attain 4G speed and functionality over existing 2G/3G cell phone signal booster configurations. View larger Why You Need To Upgrade to zBoost DataBlast Modern telecommunications are dominated by cellular applications, both at home and in the workplace. With more and more users considering their cell phone or smart phone as their essential voice and/or data connection tool, the speed and data requirements of these applications are permanently on the increase. Early adopters of signal boosting technology had the right idea, but may also now be unable to take advantage of modern 4G speeds due to their older hardware. The zBoost DataBlast upgrade brings them literally up to speed with a quick addition to their current signal boosting setup. Replace Your Existing Signal Antenna Replace your existing signal antenna with the new zBoost quad band antenna. The quad-band omni-directional signal antenna receives signals from multiple cell towers which is important for 4G signal strength. Remember that the coverage your zBoost provides is largely determined by the quality of signal received by the signal antenna, so if your best signal is one bar, your coverage will be limited to one small room. If necessary, to maximize signal coverage, place the new signal antenna where you find the strongest signal (up high or outside) and at least 3 feet above any metal. Also keep in mind that, for optimum performance, the signal antenna must be placed at least 15 vertical feet above the zBoost base unit. Connect Existing Coaxial Cable to the zBoost Signal Combiner Disconnect the coaxial cable from the existing booster base unit and connect it to the zBoost signal combiner. Existing RG-59 or RG-6 should not exceed 50 feet. If the cable length exceeds 50 feet, it should be replaced with RG-11. RG-11 should not exceed 100 feet. Connect the Signal Combiner and Dual Base Units Connect one end of the zBoost signal combiner to the your new DataBlast base unit, and the remaining end to the existing signal booster base. 4G signal capabilities are made possible through the combination of the two bases. Place base units in the location where you want to create a cell zone. For the widest possible signal area, it is recommended that you position base unit near the middle of a room. The upgrade"s quad-band signal antenna and additional base unit jump start signal boosting without a brand new install. View larger Power Up Your zBoost Power up the zBoost base unit, as well as the existing base unit. If the signal strength of your cell zone has improved, your zBoost upgrade is working. Remember, coverage varies based on outdoor signal level, building construction, and antenna placement. Coverage in adjoining rooms will be reduced by walls and building materials.
