All Paiste Line Symphonic cymbals come in different weights. The Light models have, naturally, a light sound airy, transparent , and "splash-like". The Heavy models fall in the other extreme heavy, strong, dense and energetic. The Medium Light and the Medium Heavy fall in-between these principal pointsLight, Medium and Heavy.
