Lemon grapeseed oil is ideal for vinaigrettes, marinades and dips. Marinate chicken and fish for a wonderful hint of lemon. Drizzle over asparagus or artichokes or any steamed veggies; as a salad dressing by itself or worked into your favorite vinaigrettes; as a base for dips, mayonnaise and especially wonderful combined with the roasted garlic oil as an aioli.
