She is proud to be a Junior Girl Scout, wearing a traditional blue-green Junior sash and matching skirt with a white shirt! On her sash, Chloe"s mother has carefully ironed on her patches: the American flag, Girl Scouts membership pin, her troop numbers and Journey Awards.
