groove fx is a dance-oriented aerobic workout and this particular release, v6.4, features a mixture of Latin, club, urban and disco-themed tracks in the one workout. It does not contain the more athletic version of groove fx found in releases v10.2 onwards. Only releases v10.2 onwards feature the more athletic groove fx and more choreographed groove fx + workouts.
