The packaging, outer sheet, and absorbent inner layer are biodegradable, chlorine free, and contain only clean plastics in the Velcro-style fastener and elasticated back and side panels. Beaming Baby nappies comprise three layers. First, the outer layer made from breathable cotton and cornstarch. Second, the middle, absorbent layer made up of fluff--finely diced paper with the consistency of cotton wool--and tiny balls of gel (20% cornstarch gel, 20% standard gel). Third, the inner, double layer made from cornstarch and breathable, soft, finely woven cotton. Its layers absorb wetness and hold the diced paper fluff.
