Le Corbusier"s masterpiece, the Villa Savoye, is one of the iconic architectural buildings of the twentieth-century. According to Kengo Kuma, in his introduction to this edition, it is a house that "stands aloof, beautiful as ever, at a turning point - a turning point for a genius." Here the building is revisited in this elegant and large scale tribute to the architect.
