Dr Eric Vornoff (Bela Lugosi, in his last speaking role) recruits twelve men for an experiment to create a race of atomic supermen. Assorted police, reporters and a rubber octopus conspire to ensure he fails it just has to be another of Ed Wood s masterpieces!!
