Yarden Merlot Odem Vineyard was produced entirely from grapes grown in the Odem vineyard. Style: the wine combines bright red and black fruit notes with hints of fresh herbs, spice, orange rind and earth. Aging in French oak barrels for 14 months provided a rich backdrop to the fruits unique personality.
