"and so to bed..." is the first ever bed time routine sing along show. The program draws on tried and tested bedtime routines from generations of parents to get children to bed, and to sleep, easily and enjoyably. Presented by Helen Orr, the viewer joins the Ivydale Farm Yard community of animal glove puppet characters as they end the day. With original compositions, favourite preschool action songs, gentle music and lullabies the show follows a routine of bath-time, reflecting on day time activities, story-time, tucking in and sleep. The core target audience is 2-4 years.
